About The Role
As the Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary team and oversee all aspects of the club’s dining operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and executing a diverse and innovative menu that caters to the tastes and preferences of club members.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Overseeing inventory management, including sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing costs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
• Collaborating with club management to plan special events and seasonal menus.
The Perfect Candidate
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant or private club.
• Exceptional culinary skills and a strong passion for food and hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative menus.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
