Bertran Moreno
Founder and Director
Bertran Moreno built XpertHost after a career in hotel operations, asset management, and consulting. With an MBA from EHL and a sharp eye for talent, he understands what great looks like - on the floor and in the boardroom.

He oversees all management functions, long-term strategy, and the company's expansion efforts.
His mission? To make executive search more strategic, more human, and a true driver of long-term value for both clients and candidates. ​
