About The Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the restaurant staff to provide outstanding service and hospitality.
• Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservations, and inventory management.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Training and developing staff to uphold the restaurant's high standards of service.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
• Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellence.
The Perfect Candidate
• Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a chic or high-end dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
• A guest-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
