About The Role
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience of our esteemed hotel.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising and training housekeeping staff to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Managing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality assurance.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to create a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
The Perfect Candidate
• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
