About The Role
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the hotel team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Overseeing daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Managing budgets, financial planning, and cost control to ensure efficient operations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, clients, and industry partners.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Leading by example and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
The Perfect Candidate
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• A guest-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
