About The Role
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and partnerships.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and drive customer satisfaction.
The Perfect Candidate
• Previous experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
