About The Role
As the Cruise Hotel Director, you will oversee the entire hotel operations onboard, ensuring the highest standards of service, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and entertainment.
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and operational efficiency throughout the ship.
• Overseeing budget management, financial planning, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Coordinating with shore-side management to implement company policies and procedures.
• Managing guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Planning and executing onboard events and activities, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Ensuring compliance with all maritime and international regulations and safety protocols.
The Perfect Candidate
• Extensive experience in hotel management, preferably within the cruise industry or luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
